IT hardware from reputable vendors is normally very reliable. In the rare event that a fault does occur it will normally be early on in the warranty period. Therefore it is normally a false economy to take out extended warranties beyond the normal period covered by the manufacturer. CANDA Systems will recommend and supply equipment from vendors which we know produce a robust product backed by excellent onsite support when necessary.

With critical equipment, e.g. servers, CANDA Systems will recommend enhanced support which the manufacturer will always be in the best position to provide. Manufacturers will replace hardware and restore equipment to a basic working state. CANDA Systems will work in coordination with the manufacturer to complete the restoration to your specific needs in the quickest possible time.

In situations where even a small risk of hardware failure and downtime is unacceptable, CANDA Systems can advise on methods to minimise the possibility of disaster.

With non-critical equipment, e.g. PCs, CANDA Systems can provide a loan replacement option. You simply pay for the parts and labour that are required. Through the careful choice of reliable equipment we would always expect any ad hoc costs to be far less than the cost of extended warranties.
